主角係Peter, 因為佢比我住得更遠。
我地係一個大家族,好多人好熱鬧............但我最鐘意都係個"壽包"<---因為個名叫"秀包"。
個個食飽飽我同細個我既表姐慧慧一齊Peter返酒店.........當然返酒店放底野之後就出動......因為係星期三所以唔係好多人..................去左飲酒之後仲叫埋Peter個朋友Robert來一齊再飲過.......
唔知係太黑光線不足...........Robert竟然問我同慧慧讀完書未......呵呵..我得20歲 咋。
食飽飲醉之後我自己一個坐的士去碼頭,2:30等....等.....等.....等到3:30a.m. (有人陪我一齊等就好啦!!!好重要一個人等同兩個人等係好唔同)....4:30返到屋企。8:00又要起身返工。
P.S. Peter唔識中文要我打英文,好以下既英文是為Peter 而打既.....嘻
This time, the focus of our family dinner is my cousin Peter since he came all the way from Canada! The dinner was actually more like a mini-banquet since we had more than 20 people sitting at 2 huge round tables. Food come and gone quickly and the only thing I like the most was the "birthday bun" 'cause it sounds just like my name "秀"包 in Chinese!
Wei Wei and I accompanied Peter back to the hotel to "upload" his belongings and then went out again for a drink... Places went not very crowded since it was Wed. and not for long Peter's buddy Robert joined us and we switched to another cozy place for another drink! It could be the alcohol or the dim light, Robert actually thought Wei Wei and I am still teenage student! We hung out until 2:30am and then took Taxi to the pier alone... Ferry didn't came until 3:30am and it was already 4:30am when I finally got home... Wish I didn't have to go to work at 8am on the next day!

The "壽包", are they the deep-fried frozen milk? If they are, then I really loved it too.
I think Robert was so surprised by both of your beautiful faces that he was sure you two must still be students. I think he was a little bit disappointed when you told him you were married.
Thank you very much for hanging out with me in the evening so late for two straight days. I know it must have been very difficult for you since you are so busy with work. I just want you to know that I sincerely and honestly appreciate it a lot and I had a really really fun time.
If you are ever in Toronto, I will make sure you will have a fun time too!!! 多謝表姐. :-)
炸鮮奶
材料
1.5 杯 鮮奶
1 兩 粟粉
調味料
1/8 茶匙 鹽
1/2 茶匙 糖
炸槳:麵粉 3兩; 生粉 4湯匙; 發粉 2茶匙; 水 3/4杯;
烹調方法
1. 粟粉與1/2杯鮮奶拌勻.
2. 將剩餘鮮奶加調味料煮熱,拌入粟粉混合物煮熟,放入已塗油碟內,待凍.
3. 將脆漿材料拌勻,待半小時.
4. 將鮮奶切粒,黏上脆漿,放油內炸至金黃色,取出,隔油上碟.
